Fault code - Fuel pressure reg sensor

Had a few problems with my 2007 2.0 tfsi on start up lately,
Takes a while to fire up then goes into limp mode,

So my friend came over and scanned it and this came up




So thinking or changing the sensors,
Anyone else know of anythin it could be?

Also said I should change my cam follower thing lol
