Hi guys. Just been into VCDS after returning from a 30 min journey, car cooled for 10 mins then i connected VCDS & in the Adv. Meas. Values I found 4x exh. temp. sensors 1-4 but 2 has no value, it's constantly at 0 deg. C. whilst the others were showing 21 deg.C, 65 deg.C & 24 deg. C. Is this correct or is sensor 2 faulty but there's no MIL or fault code & the car is running sweet!! I've done my research before posting but have found various answers, especially what the sensors are & their location in the exhaust system. In non-UDS vehicles the measuring blocks are clearly labelled & say pre-DPF, post DPF, etc. but on UDS vehicles the measuring blocks icon is greyed out & you have to use Adv. Meas. Values but the sensors are only listed as 1-4. Can anyone tell me which sensors are for where as i also get conflicting reports for this! Some say sensor 1 is pre trubo whilst others say its post turbo. So to recap, is sensor 2 supposed to be at a constant 0 deg.C & what are the correct names for exhaust temp. sensors 1,2,3 & 4? Thanks guys!!
