Hi guys, slight disaster this afternoon, had a step ladder on the back seat of my cab, it was slightly pertruding too high when I closed the roof which meant the roof stopped going up but the box lid tried to close on the partially lifted roof. As it was forcing itself down it lifted the silver trim that runs around the box lid and snapped off a couple of clips that keep it pinned down. The noise was horrible, thought it was going to rip a hole in the roof!
Has anyone removed this silver trim before and know steps that could help fitting a couple of new clips to hold it back down? If it's a big job I'm thinking I may just use some super strong glue on the broken clips and hope it hold the trim on.
