The 3.2 TT brakes are good. I respectfully suggest you make sure the brakes you have are in good order and working properly and take care to ensure the inside faces of all 4-brake discs are as good as the outside faces as in most cases they are not - just because the outside face looks good doesn't mean to say that the inside face is good!

Have to say, first thing I did to our 2003 3.2 TT (purchased at 58685 miles) was new OEM brake discs and pads all round - I'm paranoid about 'brakes' and for us a set of faultless brakes is mega important for "spirited driving" which we tend to do lots of! :racer:

I use 3.2 v6 discs on the front of my track TT. I bought a second hand brake kit off a user on here. Uses an adaptor kit to fit 8P RS3 /TTRS 4 pot Brembo calipers using the standard disc size.

They do work very well on track with the Aston Martin OE pads.

The OE front discs are pricey as they have an alloy centre RS type disc. You can buy EBC or similar similar single part discs a lot cheaper ,I have these on my TT. They are directional as the OE items are.
MTEC also do some fancy 2 part discs that I may upgrade too at some point in the future.

If it's just fast road driving then discs, some decent pads and fluid change would be the way to go.
Motul RBF600 is what I use in my TT. The 3.2 v6 TT is a lardy car and the weight certainly doesn't help. Remove 15Kg straight off by ditching the weight attached to the rear bumper mounts on the passenger side.
