Big power 1.8t

I know this has been covered a lot and I have searched for numerous hours and days to gather information on building a big turbo s3 aiming for about 450hp

So far I have in process

Agu engine with large port head
1.9 over bore forged pistons
Forged rods
ACL bearings
ARP caps and bolts
Uprated timing gear kit
Supertech valves
Unsure of what clutch still
630cc injectors
Would like to run external wastegate but unsure of which mani
Thinking garrett T series turbo
Walbro 255
Obviously exhaust and downpipe 3"

Is there anything I have missed ? This should be capable of doing what I want. Wouldn't mind a bit more insight though. Cheers
