I have a 2008 (Reg April 2008) 4.2. A8 V8, that has the dpf internals removed and a stage 1 remap on it. The work was done by the previous owner just before I bought the car. I really like the car and how it drives, but it has never been through an MOT since the work was done at shark.
It has the original dpf casing with the internal removed, and I am just wondering if this is likely to fail on the smoke test. The visual check will be fine as it looks like it's still there.
Anyone else had an experience with this configuration?
