Everyone keeps telling me that bov's will mess with my car and I should get a forged diverter but I like the hks ssqv cause the sound lol will it hurt my car?
As i suggested in your previous thread the forge splitter as it can be adjusted to recirc and atmosphere or fully recirc or fully atmospheric so if you adjust it right you can cut out the fuelling mixture issue quite alot and still have the 'tssstttt' sound !!!
I run an HKS SQV on my early 1.8T B5 and can't say it's caused any noticable issues. Mixed driving from town pootling with the missus to long runs for trips away to beating it with a big stick on race tracks. I'm well aware that it causes overfueling due to dumping metered air but in the real world I've noticed no issues going from a Forge 007.
