Audi a4 avant 1.8t BFB diagnostic

Hi, I'm new here and I hope I could get some help from you guys. I didn't find any diagnostic threads, so I'm posting here. (if it's wrong section please move).

My turbocharger is spooling late and I need some help to establish the problem.

Its a stock car but There's a map update to around 190-200bhp.

What I've done so far :
1. Checked for leaks-none.
2.new DV from ASO.
3.no errors in the controller
