What do you think ? and when ?
 
yeah actually i'd love to put my mums old car on it now my run about while i build my a6. i'm missing not being able to put my a6 in any competitions
 
Yep, almost any time ;)

Need AMD to do me a remap first though (don't suppose they could do that on the day).
 
they wont have time during the day, unless you book it in that morning as the RR day would start at 12ish.

Let me know how you want to play it :)
 
What kind of cost are we looking at? £10, £100, £500?
 
I'd be interested, unless they were asking silly money for a power run...
 
Most Vauxhall RR days I go to, we pay around £25 for a couple of power-runs.

All depends on numbers attending I guess.
 
it will probably be around £30 for a power run with plots.
Catering will be sorted, in the form of fizzy drinks and crisps/etc
 
Not a problem, just some places charge £40+ which is obscene for 15mins work ;)

Anytime is fine for me.
 
Would be interested out of curiousity really, all depends how far away AMD are from me... runs off to google it!
 
Possibly up for this, but now coming into peak central heating season.

So loads of breakdowns (TDI rubs hands with glee).
 
well, it will be in october sometime, maybe around the middle of the month, I''ll ring em and ask them when's good for them.

I prolly wont RR my car as I know exactly what its putting out, so there might be a prize for the biggest bhp :)
 
no but its always good to meet ppl and find out what your car is producing :)
 
I've been to 2 AmD RR meets previously and last year, it didn't happen, so I'd be interested to see how my car is running and to see some old faces aswell as new ones.
 
Yeh i'd be interested to come along and see what mines running at as since i had problems after them remapping it, its never ran right....

Can we have a RR day where everyone gets 500Bhp........;-)

I think I'd be up for this. Can we do some other cheesy things like they do on Vroom Vroom?

Silly ideas now:
1) RR test - with highest winner and lowest winner prizes
2) Loudest tunes (Vroom Vroom style)
3) Car that get the most attention
4) Biggest beer belly (guys only)

I just checked out AMD website and it's a 2 hour drive from Manchester so could make that, with maybe some tunning time too........so I don't get the lowest winner.

I might pop down just to nosey at everyone else's metal if that's alright... I would put my car on the rollers but a) I'd certainly win one of the prizes described above; and b) I'd get more out of my £30 if I went for a jog on them!

Just a note though... I'd try to rule out the 14th if you can...

EVERYONE on the board will be at Audi Driver International ;)

Cool, its gonna be the 7th of october, £30 per session, everybody is more than welcome to turn up and meet other members, even if they dont want a go on the rollers !

I've made an event for this on the main page, where if you click on it you can specify if you are attending or not.

Can people who want a go on the rollers, PM me their name, car, and engine mods ?

I'll get a table drawn up :p
