I`ve had my RNS-e for about a year now, and never had this Fault.

It suddently appeared, and i cant recall what i did , so i can fix it :S

Please note that everything is working fine (Navigation, Radio, Bluetooth etc)

I`m just seeing the fault in Vagcom and its driving me mad!

Found this answer on audiforums

Either the CAN H or CAN L connection on the Infotainment CAN is not connected so it's only using one of the CAN wires, hence the error message.
Any ideas how it got disconnected? How could i fix that?

Which parts of the car have you disturbed recently? You could have accidentally broken one of the wires.

Hmm let me think.

I removed the Climatronic to retrofit the non smokers thingy + illumination, but never got next to any wires. I just used the plug from the ashtray and connected it to my new led stripe
I actually had to remove the whole center console cause i lost a bolt but i remember not ripping any wires apart.

What problems would cause this fault? Everything is working just fine now

Ok all sorted, had a look around and realised that the CAN wires of my BT module were not connected to the Car CAN wires anymore after i removed my RNS-e the last time

Thanks for the help guys
