Alarm chirp problems ?

i have had the alarm chirp activated , but here starts the problem .when locking there is the single chirp ok , but when unlocking the two chirps don't work .
Any ideas ?

You need to enable both with coding.

The guy who did this enabled both . He did try a couple of times but no luck

Either there's a recognition of lock state issue or the coding is incorrect or not complete.
