Air Vents Under Seat

I have a sliding noise coming from under the drivers seat, seems to be inside the air vent.
Sounds like the flaps are opening and closing when I go round corners.
How can you access these vents? Is it a seat-out job?

maybe its a coin or something found its way in to the vent?
take seat out,it will make it easier.........not hard to do.....disconnect the battery first,then unclip airbag connector.
