If you have wider tyres you won't stretch anything ..
Just get 255 35 R19 Front and 245 35 R19 back .. That's what I want to do but I have 8j

Noo absolutely not.. RS3 or S5 or RS5 s7 RS7 has front wider all are obviously quattro.. nothing will be messed up RS3 comes with 255 front 235 rears..
R8 has it opposite 245 or 255 front and 285 or some has 300 rears becuse engine is on the back ..
You will get perfect launch with 255's with A3 series

Hello,
I'm considering buying a used set of wheels for my A3 Sportback -14 with factory -15mm suspension. Set includes 8.5x19 rims with et45 and 255/30r19 tyres. Is this setup safe or is there a possibility that those wide tyres are going to rub somewhere?

I know the right tyre would be 235/35 but I would like to use those tyres until it's time for change.
