ADS Enable through VCDS

Hi, New to Audi and VCDS so apologies if stupid question. I have just enabled hidden menu through Carista and enabled ADS, The trouble is the options in ADS are greyed out. I presume this is because it isn't enabled in VCDS. Is there anyone around Wellingborough (Northamptonshire) area or Ipswich area (I work there during the week) that could kindly enable it for me please
