ABS Wheel Sensor Wireing Loom, Advice needed Please.

The wheel speed sensor wireing loom on the front left side has been rubbing on the wheel and is now frayed to bare wire causing ABS warning on dash and in VCDS. The loom comes off the sensor and goes through weel arch somewhere under or near the airbox. Is this loom easy to replace and anyone know approx cost from Audi.

Just cut it mate, then solder an inserted piece & heatshrink it, then some electrical/amalgamated tape round it given road dirt etc, make it a sensible solder joint so not to much added resistance on the circuit.

Thanks NHM, thats certainly an option, so may try that before spending money on a new loom.
