Probably cause more issues than you need, ideally if you want more power, go back to your mapper, as the dongle may think its tuning a stock car whereas yours isn't anymore.
What NHN is saying is that an OBD2 dongle would make adjustments to the fuelling and other functions of what it presumes is a standard (stock) engine. As it would actually be adjusting an engine with different settings to what it's designed for, you really would be asking for trouble.
