A4/B9 sedan (typ 8W) rear bumper removal

Hi all, would someone please send help in removing the rear bumper?
One of the parking sensor went loose and dropped partially inward. I would like to put it back in place so I suspect this need to be done with the rear bumper taken down... Or is there an easier way to achieve it?

remove the rear lights, once you have removed them you will see a plastic pin to pull out, you should also see some bolts,
then remove boot sill trim, lever straight up you should see some holes for more bolts
also there are a load of screws in each rear wheel arch liner near the bumper remover
i think there might be some under the bumper cant remember
be sure to use a piece of card and pop the bolts/screws and mark them so it will be easier when you reassemble
