A3 8p double din buttons

Hi does anyone know the best place to get double din conversion buttons for my 2006 a3 i am after the hole hazard esp ect buttons i currently have facelift buttons fitted but the connectors are different so cannot turn off esp thanks

Heres some pinouts for facelift esp panel

Pin 1 - brown wire
Pin 3 - blue or blue/grey
Pin 5 - black or black/purple
Pin 7 - yellow/purple
Pin 8 - green/red
