will 19" alloys fitted with 275.35.ZR19 be ok on a 06?

I would say no my mate has 265`s on S5 alloys not sure of the offset on his B6 and they fit just but they do rub when car has anyone in the back car is on audi sport suspsension which is low much lower than s line.
