the law is you need self adjusting headlights and headlight washers, as mucky lenses can cause the hids to glare...
never known anybody been pulled for it though or mot issues..????

for the record i have light washers on a pre facelift.

i thought on standard lights, the light would disperse too much? unless you have projector headlights
