S4 Maf Question

I put my S4 into a mate of mine to run VAG test other day and he told me that the MAF wasnt running correctly. Now my question is can I, or should I change the MAF to a RS4 unit??My car is tuned, and Im looking to add more BHP, so would it be benefical to change???Now I know there slighty different and I dont even know if you can run an RS4 unit on a S4, but Im guessing a RS4 allows for higher air flow?

Not worth it on K03's. You'd also need an RS4 airbox, accordian hose and Y-pipe. Believe you would also need to have the car remapped as the voltage reported to the ECU would be different for the same airflow (as cross section is greater).
