a3/s3 spoiler

does anyone know where to get an audi s3 spoiler and if one will fit on to my 1.9 tdi 2001 a3?

i've just got one from eurocarparts it cost me £57 and it comes primed

IIRC the factory S3 roof-spoiler would be pretty tricky to fit to an A3 - it's fixed not only with adhesive, but with two bolts that hold it in place on top of the tailgate too, so it'd require some hefty modding of either spoiler or tailgate.

I have an OEM S3 boot lip spoiler i bought from my local dealer, I am yet to fit it, but i am pretty sure it came with just a bonding kit (adhesive only). I am open to correction!

You may have the audi/projkswo item like I have on mine. This type doesn't need bolts but are slightly smaller than the S3 item. See below.
