Sat Nav memory Cards question?

Is it standard SD Memory card that the factory fit Sav Nav takes?

And what is the maximum size i can use? my mate said it used to be 2gb on 54 plate A4, has this changed since or should i stick with 2gb for my 06 a3?

>4Gb mate. Just make sure it is plain SD and not SDHC as they don't work. There are a few threads on here about them with links to the ones on Amazon.

i went to comet and got a 4gb SDHC before reading your post and realising why it wasn't working.

Just went back and replaced it and then tested it out, all is good now got a few albums on there and they play ok.

Try and avoid anything by the Carpenters, Garry Glitter or Micheal Jackson. They sound crap

4gb isnt really needed as it can only read a max of 512 files
