Run a scan today and sudden see a lot errors come up that not appear before compare last scan i did 3 month ago. Anyone has similar expierence below error refer to which part broken ?

Have a look on the Ross tech site, should give you more of a clue, has all the fault codes and possible syptoms...
 
The Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor (EGT) if not working will make your car run rich. It's there as part of the emission control allowing your engine to run richer only while cold. Try clearing the fault, if it comes back you should replace the EGT - ****** to get to (up near the turbo) and expensive.
