Has anyone seen, or know a link to a guide to do the suspension on our cars ?

I have assembled all the right parts (bilsteins / H&Rs) but would like to see a guide if possible before unleashing the spanners...

Thanks for that - covers the front very well, having had a look I think the rear is quite different on our cars because of the 4wd ?

Yes the rears are different because of the 4wd. The rears are very easy mate, just undo the shocks (bolted top and bottom) then push the swing arm down and remove the old spring and replace with new spring, you may need to jack the swing arm back up to get the bolt holes to line up when fitting the new shocks. 15 minute job each side mate as long as none of the bolts are seized.

Cheers Steve, I see that the rear should be pretty quick, only question is the location of the top bolts of the dampers. Do I need to remove the inner wheel arch trim to access them or the bumper ?

You should be able to remove them from underneath the car mate, no need to remove anything to get to them.
