how to remove the number plate BACKING?

hi all, can someone please help me as i dont want to crack noting, i need to know how you remove the black backing behind the number plate, not the dealers surround thing, but the black thing behind that, the grill is a sline single grill, many thanks,

look undernieth the backing there 3 torque screws under it and thats it if i remember

and after thats undone does it simply come off? , or do i need to take off the whole grill of the car to remove that backing?

no you dont have to take the grill off thats it im sure
