Any one around Exeter/Devon area able to clear my codes for me please?!

Hey all, my engine managment light come on because I had a split pipe! but that is now sorted, so would like to see if I have any other faults and to other it clear so the light will go off!

Im honiton the exeter area in devon but can travel!
