Metal thermo plate on air-box??

Hey,where does everone put this plate when they have fitted an induction filter???...

I put mine on the metal heat shield that came with the Jabba induction kit, but if you dont have a heat shield just keep it as close to the filter as poss.

Are you taking about the item with the two electrical connectors on the AGU engine? If so this is the ignition amplifier. The transistors in them can get warm so they fit it to the airbox with a heat sink to cool it down. You can bolt it to something else metal that will take away the heat. Having said that, I've seen people cable tie them out of the way with no bad results.

On later cars, this single amplifier was removed and made an integral part of each coil pack.
