Replacing my Cat

I had also mentioned this in my welcome post, I want to replace my cat.

The OEM cat is broken and is rattling in the housing.

Is it difficult to replace the cat on my 2003 audi a4 1.8T (163HP)?
And could someone give me advice and tips about this replacement job?
What to remove etc...

Excuse me for my english, but I am from the netherlands and I am trying to type it in my best English.

I think the main problem is getting to the Cat. In my 163Bhp (quattro), when I had my cat back exhaust fitted the front subframe had to be removed to get to the cat. Others, though, are more easily accessible.

Okay...

I am going to check this is out this weekend or in about 2 weeks.
Also I will make some pictures of how to remove and how to re-install the cat again
