expensive brakes!!

Mmm very nice, my car was less than that though lol, and why would you take your ceramic brakes off

If it was someone else's car then you would not have any qualms about taking them off...not saying they are stolen but its a good price considering
 
The rs4 cab they came off is for sale too, wonder how thats gonna stop

they are the same 6 pot calipers from the b7 RS4 or old RS6...£750 on eBay
discs aren't worth £2750 per pair.......especially 2nd hand

can get them on the A8 W12 also...cheaper than buying them for an RS model...

Definately worth £3500, but I'd only go as high as £3k cos I'm tight. The B7 RS4 has 8-pots as standard with the steel discs, not the same set-up as the RS6. Ceramic discs are £2k each new. All in, its £8k to retro fit new kit, or it was a £4235 option on a new RS4.
 
we just replaced the front ceramics on a RS4 Cab at work after an accident. The discs were £1995 each never mind the calipers lol
not bad value at £3500 but I could not even think about spending that on brakes
