Always been wondering why my headlight washers fail to operate and since using VCDS I’ve been welcomed with a fault that says this:
787462 - Relay for Headlight Washer System
B1262 15 [00001001] - Open or Short to Plus Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

This forum and others don’t seem to specifically mention a dedicated fuse for the washers so I’m unable to start there as my windshield ones work just fine; as for the relay itself that seems to be a myth; no relay information I can find specifically for the headlight washer.
It does lead me to believe it could be a mechanical failure with the pump of sorts. But i wanted to get some eyes on this to ensure the relay/fuses are identifiable so i can cross those out and bit the bullet with replacing the pump. I also wondered if they may have been disabled by the last owner and this fault is potentially evidence of that. Any help would be appreciated.
