MMI Car setting unavailable ?

Dear All

I have an Audi A4 2016 Model, whilst driving the MMI switched off.

I switched it back on and all is working except the 'CAR' page, where you view your oil, service etc.

Message reads: The car system settings are unavailable (see pic)

I have rebooted the MMI but still the same issue.

Any thought?
