Audi a3 8v rear window regulator

My rear window regulator decided to snap last night. Just wanting to know how do you release the glass from the regulator?

If you've taken the door top of then should be fairly obvious tbh.

The top of the door doesn't come off. Think the previous model the top of the door came off.
