audi rs3 engine problem and noise

i have audi rs3 2016 syvecs s7+ ecu 6466 turbo czgb built engine acl main and rod bearings je piston dp rods arp head studs springs and reteiners stock valve
the engine have 5000km on it. before a month ago the timing jump 3 tooth on the exhaust camshaft i replace the Timing Chain Tensioner - Upper now sometimes when a cold start i have noise from the timing rattle noise for 1 or 2 sec and gone
now the second thing i have noise when i start the warm engine oil temp 90c i have ticking noise after 30 sec is gone
what can be the problem?
mybe low oil pressure?

Are there any hydraulic tensioners in the chain path, as that could explain the initial noise until tension takes up the slack.
