DAB channels not working on 2015 A3

Hi all,

2015 A3 saloon and my DAB channels are not working.
FM/AM works fine.
Seen a lot of threads on this forum from a few years back and it seems there was a software fix from the dealer for the fault. Plus a guy on here who could fix in London.
Unfortunately I am very far from him.

Does anyone know can a fix be diy’d or is the software patch floating about so I can apply to my car?
Have read it was done via sd card to the head unit.
