Is there anyway of changing the name of your favourite locations ie to the people that live there rather than just having it on the address?‍

Yes you can change the name on the iphone app, although typical Audi, for some reason its not working for me now.
If it works for you goto

Map
Bar at top of map press the down arrow
Select Favourites
Press edit top right of screen
Find the one you want to change
Press Rename bottom center
Change to what you want.

I have successfully changed loads, but at the moment Rename is greyed out??

Just worked something out,
If i type an address to find a place, then add to favourites, it wont allow me to change the name, but if i drop a pin by pressing and holding on the map, add to favourites, it will then let me rename it.
Weird but it works.
