S5 New owner

Hi guys. Just purchased myself a 2015 S5. Really like the car. Couple little things to sort out (which I knew about), such as needs new discs and pads which I'm changing at weekend and it also has a very slight vibration/rumble around 50ish and 70ish. Now the discs are pretty bad and judder when braking so it would be good if that's all it is but I'm thinking it may be tyres, balancing or something else. I'll start easy and work my way up!

I may be mis-remembering but I am sure there was a known issue with the lower arm rear bushes causing issues described.
