Maybe I am remembering wrong?

I was sure that when we had a test drive in aN edition 1 a3 s tronic the gear you were in showed up on the dash board somewhere and on the satnav, the speed limit would show for the road you were on.
Am I mis-remembering or have I not set something up properly?

I think you will need to press the ‘view’ button on the steering wheel and you can then select the options you want to see on the screen. I maybe wrong BTW but that rings a bell for me.

Doesn't show the Gear anymore unless you're in S Mode

Speed limit on the Sat Nav also not there anymore as all vehicles are prepped for Traffic Sign Recognition - Edition 1 might have that already if not can be purchased via Functions on Demand

Yes, you're quite right it does show M1 just D when in Standard Auto mode

It is a lot more fun to drive in S mode
