Dog Bone mount upgrade 2018 RS3

I am thinking of maybe upgrading the dogbone mount on my car. I did it on my old 8L S3 and it made the transmition / engine so much tighter without being harsh.
I used Powerflex insert in the stock mount. Is this something people do with these cars? Is it a worthwhile upgrade?
On another topic... K&N panel filter... worthwhile? over stock?

Keep stock filter it’s just fine.

I used APR stainless insert with 034 top piece which helps stop it being distorted.
