Replacement window regulator, recommended unit to buy.

It would appear my driver's side front window regulator has failed, with juddery and noisy operation today
Before I purchase one, what is the recommended one to go with.

any input would be gratefully received.

any replacement that isn't straight from china and carries the same part number will do. But if you can just get it from the dealer it'll last another 19 years at least... or if you aren't that bothered get a used one of a specialist scrappy.

I got my replacement one from AUTODOC pretty cheap one make was Ridex easy swap and works perfectly

Ridex i oke i've used them before, but not on the Audi but for my old MK4 golf GT TDI, and actually found it cheaper on eBay than Autodoc.. UK seller too so ordered it and got it next day delivery at no extra cost.
