Gear Shift Surround

Has anyone done anything to cover or change the piano black surface around the gear shifter? I've seen a few carbon effect things online but I'm not sure I want to spend ~£100 on something that will leave glue marks when/if I remove it.

Anyone else got any other suggestions?

All the piano black about € 150, inclusive material. No more fingerprints and scratches an his has good looks........

Direct done by a wrap specialist about a year ago en no problems..
