Facelift rear bumper on a 2014 preface (s-line, saloon)

Hi guys,
My car is a 2014 preface s-line saloon.

I have damaged my rear bumper and rear diffuser, so it looks cheaper to just buy a new one altogether.
Will this facelift rear bumper fit on the 2014 model?

any posts you recommend? all I'm seeing is people saying it's a straight swap and I'm hoping it is! nothing else needed hopefully
