Cables behind boot carpeting

Hi, has anyone any idea what these wires behind the boot lining are please? They end in a small square of foil. I was fitting a rear dashcam and found it floating about behind the carpeting.

Sorry but your picture showed the cable perfectly and I was in too much of a tizzy to take one of my own. I thought I had broken my, new to me, car and I was in a panic.
I had a reply from someone on Reddit that said that they must be cables used in production testing and quoted a bulletin.
