After a bit of guidance here. Backbox on my 8p 1.8TFSI has seen its last day. I've looked and called a few factors and nobody can seen to source me a standard replacement. From the part numbers I can find, it's different to the 2.0 TFSI, and I assume different to the 1.6 as well.
I've looked for second hand, same problems, clearly not many 1.8's out there!
Any suggestions? Reluctant to shell out for an aftermarket stainless box - at least until I decide if I'm keeping it another year!
