Retrofit USB ports Front/Rear

Anyone here retrofitted 12v/usb ports on the front a rear? I'm looking to fit ones, but make it look it near oem as possible.

I put these in the back for my daughter. Just piggy backed from the front lighter, and fused it.

Got it from Amazon, then shaved a little from the edges to make it fit flush.

what about the actual audi part that its been set into, thats different to mine looks good too

It’s the standard cigarette lighter port with the lighter removed. It looks a little different as it has the sport suspension button.
