Seen a few posts about people’s steering racks failing.
I’m now getting a noise at low speeds while manoeuvring. It’s not a clicking or ticking as such but sounds like somethings under strain. Not checked if you can hear it from outside the car yet and doesn’t need to be full lock.
If car if parked and engine off and you wiggle the steering you can’t hear anything at all. So a bit perplexed.
