Sat nav error message

I purchased my Audi A3 last week and this error message is appearing on my satnav. Can anyone help pls

Hi, thank you for your reply.

There’s no SD card in the car and Audi have quoted me £300 for an SD card with activation.

Where did you purchase it from. If it was advertised with nav I would take it up either the seller. Hopefully it was a dealer as I feel you will have more luck with them.

Interesting so that was £300 to activate and put you on the latest maps I assume?
