From the OBD no communication help needed please

Hi there
I have A3 8P1 2009 1.9Tdi BLS engine
I have an odd problem and I was hoping that somebody will have had this issue or will point me in the right direction.
Upon plugging into my OBD port there is no communication with any modules. Power found at OBD port, and grounds. All fuses are O.K

Using what tool & have you tested said tool on another vehicle?

A company came out to program my new car key and he could not get it to communicate with his reader which is an im608 & as an alternative Vcds

Surely they should of been able to help tbh, but kinda stuck if no other car or diag tool to test

I have plugged in my OBD (Maxicue) and I have found this but do not know what the codes mean.

The fact you can login to the car says it's got comms, so let's hope the key guy didn't charge you, ideally vcds would be best to check what's going on.

Did you type the fault code into google?

Controller 46 central conv.
00352 - Terminal 30A
011 - Open Circuit
When I get this fault code, I can't seem to reactivate the horn confirmation feature when I lock the doors by remote. I tried clearing it but it keeps coming back. Your help is greatly appreciated.
