Rear wheel arch/panel damage

Someone or something (not sure how a car would have done this damage tbh) has decided to hit me after less than one month, no note left. How much do you reckon we’re talking, potential smart repair?

Chat with dent magician 1st, its got a bit of a crappy indent, they maybe able to push it quite flat, then buff up with some G3, see how it comes up, if its into the metal, then its of course a smart repair or bodyshop job.
