Old forum conversations

Hi, i have a few old forum conversations in my conversations folder which include some personal details, when you leave the conversation are all the messages and content deleted??

Yes everything is deleted

Thanks. Need to make sure things like phone numbers and bank details, etc are deleted.

If i, being the person who started the conversation, leaves the conversation does that then delete it completely or is the other person involved able to still see the contents of the conversation??
I am trying to erase the conversation i started and the personal details contained within.

If you started and left the conversation it deletes all content
